Climate Surveys

Hollin Surveys

Our surveys are designed with behavioural science and the needs of each client in mind. They give a voice to employees, those people who are best-placed to understand their daily challenges and opportunities. Our questions provide valuable insights about where to spend time and attention in order to improve results.

Hollin consultants are able to provide advice based on previous surveys and how they could be enhanced using behavioural knowledge. Often, when a survey is constructed without behavioural awareness, it can fail to uncover the root of a problem.

The Hollin team will advise you on the best methods for surveying different groups of people, whether you have multiple sites or an audience that is difficult to engage.

How Hollin can survey your teams

In-person radio frequency voting surveys

In-person surveys are an opportunity to make a statement - whether this is an intention to change, an enthusiasm to collect feedback, or to promote a psychologically safe environment.

Using Slido, the Hollin team will design the survey and collect data anonymously. Respondents need to have access to a smartphone or tablet to be able to participate.

Online surveys

Online surveys are a great way to survey a geographically diverse audience. The surveys are anonymous and allow participants to provide free-text comments, which helps to provide contextual information.

Discovery and Validation exercises

Following a climate survey, it is a good idea to organise interviews and/or focus groups to provide additional context to the trends highlighted within the survey. This can be light-touch or thorough, depending on your needs.
