Workshop Topics
Workshop topics vary depending on the needs of each client and organisation. We work with clients to identify needs and create a training plan which is appropriate for their needs and budget. Previous workshop topics have included:
Collaboration
Discussing what collaboration looks like for this specific team/organisations. This includes behavioural measures for being able to measure and track levels of collaboration.
Leadership
A one-off workshop, or a series of workshops covering leadership basics - depending on the issues faced by your organisation or leadership team.
High-performing teams
Deciding what a high-performing team is, and what behaviours will be involved in this - for your team and/or project. As the nature of a project changes, or changes happen at an organisational level, it may be necessary to re-state and/or change what being a high-performing team looks like for your team.
Coaching
A workshop covering the basics of coaching - what coaching is and why this is useful on a personal and organisational level. This workshop can also cover guidance on how to move towards a coaching culture.
Strategy
A strategy session is useful at any time, for any organisation. It makes most sense to do this during the planning stage of a new project, or cyclically throughout the year or a timeframe which has a specific goal attached to it.
Interpersonal skills
Interpersonal skills workshops are beneficial for leaders of all levels of seniority. Whether working as a supervisor, senior leader, or executive, many leaders lack the interpersonal skills to confidently handle challenging situations. This session can be tailored to suit specific needs, giving attendees tools and techniques to communicate confidently.
Conflict resolution
Conflict resolution workshops can be beneficial as part of a project-recovery process. This session would complement a series of 'kick-off' workshops, to ensure that all parties are aligned in how they will respond to and mitigate potential conflict.
Safety
Safety workshops would be tailored to allow leaders to understand how they can influence their workplace to make safe behaviours more likely. These workshops could also feed into a discovery process, to collect information on what the current safety issues are, and why people are behaving the way they are.
One Team
OneTeam workshops have been successful in aligning parties working on a JV. In these sessions, attendees describe what best practice looks like and how they can collaborate on a daily basis.
