Successful Collaboration

The Hollin Workshop on Successful Collaboration is a one day interactive workshop aimed at the leaders of newly-formed teams, including joint ventures, or existing groups moving to One Team. It will introduce the participants to collaboration from a viewpoint of behavioural science, and participants will learn behaviourally-sound techniques for successful collaboration.
